We take care to describe and photograph every piece accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and fragrance notes describe the scent rather than its exact ingredients.
Prices
Prices are shown in the local currency and include delivery. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you placed your order.
Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by phone or message.
- We may cancel an order we can’t confirm, that we suspect is fraudulent, or that contains a clear pricing error. If we do, we’ll tell you.
- All items are subject to availability. If a piece sells out after you order, we’ll let you know.
Payment
Orders are paid in cash on delivery. Please accept and pay for orders you confirm; repeatedly refused deliveries may lead us to decline future cash-on-delivery orders.

Authenticity
Every product we sell is genuine. If you have any doubt about a piece you received, contact us.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of Pakistan. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow this.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
